Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allotment of credits, which are consumed when you generate or render content. Credit costs vary by feature.
• Monthly plan credits do not roll over between billing periods. Purchased credit top-ups do not expire while your account is active.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
• Cancellation, renewal, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the videos you create. You grant GrowFaceless a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and deliver your output. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to use the materials you provide and that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by GrowFaceless and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

The Service may interoperate with third-party tools and platforms (for example, AI image and footage providers, and external generation sites you connect to). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and GrowFaceless is not responsible for them.

AI-Generated Content

Outputs are generated programmatically and may be inaccurate, may resemble other works, or may not be suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowFaceless will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GrowFaceless harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which GrowFaceless operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
