Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. The price and credit allotment of your plan are shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide automatic prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Credits

• Monthly plan credits are refreshed each billing period and do not roll over.
• Purchased credit top-ups do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Refunds

Because generating and rendering content incurs real compute and third-party costs at the time of use, consumed credits are non-refundable. Requests for a refund of unused subscription time are considered on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help.
