GrowFaceless is a voice-to-video studio that converts your voiceover and prompts into finished videos. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and collecting only what we need to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you register.
• Authentication data — sign-in is managed by our authentication provider; we store a session identifier rather than your password.
• Billing information — your subscription plan, status, and customer/subscription identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Content you provide — voiceovers, audio, images, footage, scripts, and prompts that you upload or generate, which we process to produce your videos.
• Usage and device data — feature usage, credits consumed, jobs created, log data, IP address, browser type, and similar technical information used to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Generate, render, and deliver the videos and assets you request;
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and enforce plan limits and credits;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

Legal Bases for Processing

• Service providers — including our authentication and database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), and the AI and stock-media providers used to process your prompts and produce your output. These providers act on our behalf and are bound by their own terms.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GrowFaceless, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the videos you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and deliver your results. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any voiceover, footage, images, or other materials you use.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, and job data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below; some records may be retained where the law requires.

The GrowFaceless Chrome Extension

Our companion Chrome extension (GrowFaceless Flow Batch) runs entirely on your device and does not transmit your data to us. Its data practices are described in the dedicated Flow Batch extension privacy policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
